Ask your primary care provider to send a referral for nutrition counseling (MNT) through IEHP. Referrals are typically required for IEHP-covered services. Once your referral is submitted, you’re ready for the next step.

After your referral is on file, schedule your nutrition appointment online at a time that works for you. We’ll verify your IEHP coverage before your first session so there are no surprises.
