About Sarah

Sarah Ervin is a passionate Nutritionist who discovered the healing power of food through her personal health journey. After overcoming her own challenges, Sarah felt inspired to help others harness the transformative potential of nutrition. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS).

With a client-centered and holistic approach, Sarah specializes in managing and overcoming conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, PCOS, autoimmune conditions, SIBO, gut dysbiosis, and hypertension. Her goal is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health by integrating evidence-based nutrition strategies and personalized care plans.

Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys hiking, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with her spirited Shiba Inu, Mochi. She is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, staying active in the nutrition community to provide the best care for her clients.

She supports and mentors clinicians, helps guide training and education, and ensures that Holistika’s whole-person, food-first, and lifestyle medicine approach is reflected in our clinical standards. Sarah’s leadership is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep commitment to ethical, evidence-based care—helping both clients and clinicians thrive within the Holistika community.
