Jessica is a nutrition provider who helps clients make sense of symptoms that feel confusing, frustrating, or difficult to piece together. She especially enjoys working with people who feel like their digestion, hormones, blood sugar, energy, weight, stress, and metabolism are all connected, but are not sure where to start.

With advanced training in nutrition science and naturopathic medicine, Jessica takes a whole-person approach to care. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, is a Certified Nutritionist, and is a CNS candidate. Her clinical focus includes IBS, bloating, SIBO, food sensitivities, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, insulin resistance, blood sugar regulation, diabetes support, metabolic health, fatigue, and sustainable nutrition support for long-term health.

Jessica’s approach is thorough, practical, and highly personalized. She looks at the full picture, including health history, labs, digestion and gut health, hormones, food patterns, routines, stress, lifestyle, and personal goals, to better understand what may be contributing to symptoms.

Rather than offering generic meal plans, rigid food rules, or unrealistic overhauls, Jessica helps clients build clear, realistic strategies that fit their lives. Her counseling style is collaborative and educational, with a strong emphasis on helping clients understand their bodies, feel less overwhelmed, and leave with practical next steps they can actually use.
