Schedule Online

For Patients: Book your 1-on-1 session in-person or via telehealth (up to 3 hours covered in Year 1).

Medicare Coverage &
Eligibility Guidelines

Under Medicare Part B, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is covered at 100% (no copay or deductible) for beneficiaries who meet specific clinical criteria.

  • Diabetes: Type 1, Type 2

  • Kidney Disease: Non-dialysis Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD Stage 3 or 4) or post-renal transplant (within 36 months)

Important Note: A physician referral is required by Medicare before your initial appointment.

What Medicare Covers Each Year

  • Initial Year: Up to 3 hours of covered individual MNT counseling.

  • Subsequent Years: Up to 2 hours of covered follow-up care annually.

  • Additional Hours: Extra hours may be covered if your physician provides a updated referral for a change in treatment or condition.

  3. Book Your Visit: Once your referral is on file, choose an appointment time that works for you!
